Public, keyless, read-only. Every publication, entity and fact has a stable ID that survives renames.

Responses are JSON with `data` and `meta` (version, freshness, source). Times are ISO 8601 (UTC).
Caching: 5 minutes at the edge. CORS open for GET.
Breaking changes only in a new version (/api/v2).
